We are seeking Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join an Industry leading shop in Martinsburg, PA. All level of Agricultural Equipment Mechanic's are encouraged to apply, and starting wages will be based on previous experience!

Job Duties:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere farm tractors, harvesters, combines, planters, hay equipment, skid steers and precision agriculture devices
• Perform setup and pre-delivery preparation of agriculture equipment
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products and awareness of competitive products
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
• If a service truck is assigned, keep the truck clean and organized
• Complete reports and forms required for work assignments

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience performing service repairs on ag or construction equipment
• Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance using special tools and following technical manual procedures
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in tractors and other ag equipment
• Satisfactory communication skills
• Standard toolbox is required; specialized tools provided by company
• High School Diploma and ability to read directions
