I have a 2008 F-750/ C7 cat power, the problem I have is that I had some factory smoke come from some where I the cab. I have lost my wipers, speedometer, odometer, radio, volt meter is below 8 volts, turn signals, hazards, cigaret power port and cab interior roof lamp. Many of the fuses have 3.2 volts and the rest of them have battery voltage 12-14 volts. The truck is still charging, We have replaced the GEM module this didn't resolve the problems. Thanks for the help!

Sounds to me that you popped a maxi-fuse in the power box. If it is, then it popped for a reason. It is likely a 40 or 50 amp fuse; you had better rig up a circuit tester to trace the short to ground that has to exist.

Serious wire damage is to be expected.
