We have had some 2013 Visions with air ride suspension develop leaks at the supply line port to the height control valve due to flexing of the line routed off the fuel tanks front brace. With snow collecting at that point weighing on the nylon line causing it to kink and split. We were able to pull enough line to allow us to fasten it onto the frame to eliminate the flexing

Your story reminds me of a service call I went on during the winter with heavy snow . A pusher bus was losing air and could not build it up. I had a good laugh when I saw the clump of frozen snow hanging off one of the air tank drain rods. It had formed around the rod heavier on one side and actually turned it enough to open the drain valve it was attached to. The same thing happened on an Allison transmission which was stuck in first gear. Snow had built up on the output speed sensor wiring harness and disconnected it from the sensor.
