I am the proud owner of a 2007 Ford Focus Hatch from 2007 with a 1.8 TDCI engine.

About a year ago i started to notice that sometimes the engine would start shaking vigorously when warm. After visiting a few services i still wasn't able to track it down.

Here is what was found: Only happens when warm after driving in a city for Miles, does not happen during winter.
If i turn on the AC, the issue stops, if i put on just a tiny bit of acceleration, it stops, but as soon as it goes back to normal idling, it starts again.

The engine supports have been changed twice, the flywheel does not seem to be in any spot of bother.

An injector service tested the fuel injectors and they worked fine when not on the engine.

In the computer there was one knock fault, which when deleted did not appear after a few miles of driving.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

I have the same problem with the same car. Did you manage to solve the problem and how? Thank you.
