I have a 1980 model 450 C. Track adjuster on the right side was pumping up but would not hold grease for long. I tore it down put new seal and dust seal in yoke and new seal on track adjuster piston, put it back together and its still leaking in the same spot. It'll pump up a little then start leaking it out on the top left side of the yoke where the piston enters the yoke, same place it was doing it before. Could it be that the yoke is wore on the inside? When I had it tore down i inspected it and cleaned it well, didn't see any damage, but of course it could be wore just enough to let grease pass the seal and me not be able to see it. Or could it be the piston? Any thoughts on this?

sounds like you have the right idea.... possibly worn piston ....rod.... yoke...... or even wrong seals.......I have been given the wrong parts..... in a box marked with the right part numbers
