I have a 2005 International and recently had the right rear front wheel brake lock up and cannot release them any more. Any quick fixes? Am quite a distance from any shop. THANKS

First off there are no such thing as quick fixes.I'm going to assume there are drum brakes on it.Well now you have to figure out if your trouble is in the mechanical system or the air system. To eliminate the brake drum and shoes just pull out the cage bolt from air brake chamber and cage off your park brake. Now if the truck moves and that wheel is free then you have air system trouble,if the wheel still won't move then there is something wrong inside the brake drum-mechnical trouble.Hope this helps.

Pull of the service line and get someone to push the brake peddle and see if you have air comming out. I have see where someone has put a bolt in the air line to limmit your front brakes. The bolt sometimes will let air pass but not let it exaust there for keeping your brakes on.

I agree with a couple of the commentors here. If the spring brake chamber has a broken spring internally on that wheel and will not release most times there's usually an air leak along with it at the spring pot because of a damaged diaphragm. It could also be a cam over hopefully not means brakes badly worn out so the other wheels might need some attention as well.
