HI there i am just taking a shot in the dark on this one.i have worked on prevost motor coaches and when this occured we found that the blower fan unit in turn is actvated by the evaporator motor, and draws mixed air through a an air filter, cooling and heating coils, then forces this air in the ventilation ducts (uppersection)along the walls and exhaust through the windows. This is just a basic disciption of one systems hvac operations so i hope it helps.here is wear i would start looking.

1 fuse,relays,breakers

2 air ducts

3 blower motor

4 air filters

5 any type of soleniod valve that is related to havac system

Thank you for your response. There have been a half dozen different people that have previously worked on this bus. The wiring has been jumped and spliced and you name it. I appreciate your timely matter in getting back with me. Thanks for the info.
