We bought a brand spankin' new Bullet for our grounds department and the steering wanders, you have to correct yourself all the time.(especially with a trailer hooked up) The dealer has been really good with strg box adjustments and a stabilizer kit add on.

The alignment has been checked as well. We added air bags on the rear because of the overloads bottoming out with just a half load on.(slightly under spec'd)

The Dodge 1 Ton has had the same problem but has a recall involving installation of a cross link that stabilizes the steering box to the frame? I'm wondering if any of you truck guys have heard of something that would help? :)

not sure if it will help but we had 2 sterling bullets in the shop this week and both were getting tie rod recalls done. they were 2008's though.

good luck.
