New to the form so thanks in advance for any help offered.
I have a 2000 Sterling L-Line with a CAT 3126 E engine.
At times the motor starts and other times it just cranks.
My diagnosis has brought me to the plug at the ECM. When I bypass the truck harness at the ECM and plug in to the ECM directly with my computer the truck fires up and runs perfectly every time.
What I have found is that with the key in the ON/Run position, power is being delivered to the ECM as it should.
When I cycle the key to the START position, the power being delivered to the ECM is lost at both pins.
I'm having a difficult time finding any sort of helpful wiring schematic to trace out the circuits.
Any advice or links would be greatly appreciated.
