Tidewater Express Inc. We operate independent truck and RV repair shops in the tidewater Virginia area. We have locations in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Hampton, and Williamsburg. We also have a wrecker service and heavy Hauling division, which operates in the eastern half of Virginia. We have been in business for over 35 years.
