Job Description

A thriving company in Timmins is seeking one 310T Heavy  Truck Mechanic to join their close knit and fun team. Technicians will be responsible for PMs, inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on hydraulic and electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on heavy-duty trucks
• Must have 310T or Red Seal
• Ability to read and understand schematics, diagrams and manual. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with Electrical, Hydraulics as well as Aftertreatment and Emissions Systems and OEM Diagnostic Software 
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required
• Valid G License
• Personal set of tools

Compensation:

• $46.00 - $53.00/hour to start plus 4 percent vacation pay
• Comprehensive benefit package, 80 percent paid for by the employer
• RRSP with company match plan 
• Uniforms provided
• $1500 annual tool allowance
• $275 annual Boot Allowance

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday, Day Shift with flexible start times; 4am - 7:00am start 
• OT after 44 hours
• Consistent OT available every week, often up to and over 10 hours per week is available
