Job Description

We're looking for an experienced 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Technician with strong leadership skills to join our team as Night Shift Shop Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys mentoring others while working in a modern, well-equipped shop.

As the Night Shift Shop Foreman, you'll lead a team of three technicians while remaining actively involved in preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse commercial fleet. You'll report directly to the Shop Manager and become part of a growing, team-oriented company that values its employees and promotes from within.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of three technicians during the night shift
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trucks and equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, including after-treatment systems
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Assist with workflow coordination and provide technical guidance to the team
• Maintain accurate service documentation and inspection records

Qualifications

Required

• Valid 310T or 310J Journeyperson license
• CVIP Inspection License, or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license that meets company insurance requirements
• Own set of professional tools
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly with after-treatment systems
• Previous supervisory, lead hand, or team leadership experience is considered a strong asset

Assets

• Air conditioning and refrigeration experience
• Experience using Cummins INSITE or similar diagnostic software
• Commercial driver's license (DZ or AZ)

Compensation & Benefits

• $50.00–$56.00 per hour
• Annual tool allowance
• Annual boot allowance

Schedule

• Night Shift and 4 days per week
• Monday to Thursday
• 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Four 11.5-hour shifts per week (30-minute unpaid break)
• Three-day weekend every week

• Seven drive-through service bays

• Shop-based work only — no mobile service calls
