Job Description

An established and recognized repair facility with 35 years of steady growth is urgently seeking to add a skilled and experienced Apprentice or Journey Person 310T Technician to join their team in Toronto! The successful Technician will be able to maintain and repair a fleet of highway trucks in a shop setting. Work will include the maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of trucks, as well as troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance of equipment at the head office shop.

The Ideal Technician Will Have:

• Enrolled in Ontario College of Trades Programs: (310T) or Provincial/Territorial equivalent 
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
• 2+ years of experience in a Mechanic role required; background in the transportation industry preferred
• A great Attitude and Aptitude to learn

Compensation:

• $40.00 - $45.00/hour, dependent on experience and skillset

Shifts:

• Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Job Requirements:

• 3rd year apprentice to Journey Person 310T technician
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Possess your own tools
