Job Description

A growing agricultural and landscaping company seeking a skilled 310T Technician to join our team in Uxbridge, ON. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped shop maintaining a diverse fleet of trucks, cranes, and equipment. Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Licensed 310T truck mechanic certification
• Minimum 3 years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel trucks
• Previous repair experience on heavy equipment will be given preference
• Expertise in hydraulic and electrical systems
• Experience with air brake systems and PTOs
• Own tools required

Compensation & Benefits

Wages: $45–$50/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Hours

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM
• Location: Shop-based work on company property
• Overtime: Rarely required; no mandatory on-call rotations
• Work Environment: Modern 100' × 80' shop with two large bays and side bay; brand new concrete floor and heating; no overhead crane or truck lifts available
• Minimal field work: Occasional equipment repairs in the field (hydraulic fittings, etc.), but 99% shop-based
