Job Description

Two 310T Technician positions available for experienced truck technicians in a family-oriented, close-knit shop specializing in commercial truck servicing. The role involves comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repairs including diagnostics, electrical work, suspension, brakes, fuel systems, and after-treatment systems. All work is shop-based with no field service requirements. The company is expanding with a new 10-bay facility planned within the next 4 years.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Valid driver's license
• Journeyman 310T ticket 
• Minimum 4+ years industry experience
• Proficiency in brakes, suspension, chassis, electrical, fuel systems, diagnostics, and after-treatment systems
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Nice-to-Haves:

• 5–10 years experience
• Dual 310S and 310T tickets
• AZ or DZ commercial license
• Dealer-level experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Wages: $44–$55/hour depending on experience and qualifications

Hours:

Summer Schedule:

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly rotation

Winter Schedule:

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift 2: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekly rotation

Additional Details:

• Overtime available after 44 hours per week
• All work is shop-based with overhead cranes and column lifts
• Well-lit, air-conditioned facility
• Closed weekends
• Premium pay available for fixed night foreman positions
