Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks.
• Diagnose and repair electronic/electrical systems, diesel engines, and hydraulic components.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with efficiency.
• Conduct frame and alignment work as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure high-quality repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• A-Level Diesel Mechanic: 15+ years of experience with advanced diagnostics & repairs.
• B-Level Diesel Mechanic: 5+ years of experience with general servicing & troubleshooting.
• Strong electronic, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic skills.
• Experience working with truck leasing, rentals, or dealership maintenance programs is a plus.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to train and mentor other technicians.
• Must own personal tools (shop provides specialty tools).
