Job Description

Heavy Equipment Technicians are needed for AG shop and occasional field roles, to join a growing team in McIntosh County, ND. In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of AG equipment, including Tractors, Spreaders, and other implements. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Heavy Equipment with preference given to those with 2+ years of AG Equipment experience. 

Job Requirements:

• 2+ recent years of heavy-duty construction or Agriculture equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience
• Certifications in Hydraulics, Electronics, A/C are mandatory
• Diesel engine maintenance and repair experience
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience
• ASE Certifications are preferred

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
• OT available after 8 hours/day
• Additional working hours during Harvest Season

This role requires a technician with a passion for the trade who is open to working on a wide variety of equipment and is comfortable working independently and with customers. This role may require driving to various customer sites.

Preference will be given to Journeyperson level Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians, but candidates with 2+ years of experience repairing Heavy Equipment will be considered for this role.
