Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Equipment Mechanic to join a growing shop near Lindsay, ON. As the ideal candidate, you will have a technical background in Heavy Equipment or Agricultural diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.  

Job Requirements:

• Agricultural or Heavy Equipment diagnosis, maintenance, and repair experience
• Strong understanding of  preventative maintenance, suspension, brakes, fuel systems, electrical, hydraulics, diagnostic software, aftertreatment and emission systems, welding, and fabrication, as well as driveline and engine rebuilds and new block assemblies 
• 425A, 421A, and Red Seal Certifications are valued but not necessary  
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery such as tractors, tillage, planting, haying, harvesting and combining equipment

Compensation:

• $33.00- $42.00/hour. Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.

Shifts:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Rotating Saturdays and Optional OT after 40 hours
