Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy construction equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain service records and ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards.
• Support field crews by minimizing equipment downtime and handling urgent repairs.
• Communicate with operations to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a drug screen.
  • Strong safety mindset, teamwork attitude, and time management skills.
