A reputable transportation provider is hiring a Regional Parts & Warranty Administrator in Memphis, Tennessee, to support parts and inventory operations across multiple maintenance locations. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for parts and warranty support across multiple maintenance locations.
- Manage and track parts transfers, inventory activity, and related data across multiple systems.
- Review repair documentation for accuracy and help identify warranty claim opportunities when applicable.
- Build, update, and maintain Excel reports to support inventory tracking, parts activity, and operational follow-up.
- Maintain parts records, research cross-references, and help field teams locate hard-to-find parts.
- Support organized inventory practices, monitor stock levels using system data, and help maintain consistent parts and warranty processes.
- Follow up on delayed work tied to backordered parts and help resolve parts availability issues.
- Travel occasionally (1–2 times per quarter) to maintenance locations across a multi-state territory spanning the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast for inventories, on-site support, and parts coordination.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Required:

- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–5 years of experience in vehicle service operations, warehouse or parts distribution, inventory control, or parts room management.
- Strong knowledge of parts operations, inventory processes, and system-based tracking.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and work across multiple systems and online parts resources.
- Strong Excel skills, including creating reports, using formulas, and building pivot tables.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, data entry tools, and parts or inventory systems such as DealerConnect, RepairLink, AssetWorks, or Maximo.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support multiple locations.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (1–2 times per quarter) across an assigned multi-state territory.
- Ability to obtain ASE Parts Certification after hire.

- Experience supporting multi-site fleet maintenance or dealership operations.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor operation codes, repair procedure documentation, or VMRS codes.

Compensation
- Up to $69,000/year (depending on experience)
