Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light-duty autos, medium/heavy-duty trucks, and trailers.
- Conduct in-house state inspections for vehicles and trailers as licensed.
- Provide mobile emergency road service and onsite repairs for tractors and trailers.
- Support towing and recovery operations with light and heavy-duty equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in diesel or fleet maintenance, with hands-on knowledge of diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a positive attitude and desire to learn.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Maine State Inspection License (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to support a variety of repair services and grow within the organization.

Shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Rotating on-call shifts paid at overtime plus $1.00/hr, regardless of weekly hours worked.
- Plenty of overtime available for those looking to maximize earnings.
Compensation
- $25.00 – $42.00/hr (based on experience, certifications, and training).
- Sign-on bonus available for the right candidates; additional bonus opportunities throughout the year.
