Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy trucks and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Complete safety inspections and help ensure trucks and equipment meet regulatory requirements.
- Use diagnostic tools and testing procedures to identify problems and confirm repairs.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records and order parts as needed.
- Support repair priorities that keep the fleet safe, reliable, and available for service.
Requirements
- Required:

- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Proven hands-on experience maintaining and repairing heavy trucks and equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with diesel, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to complete preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs safely and accurately.
- Willing to work weekends as needed, typically during the peak winter season.

Compensation
- $38.00 – $48.00/hour based on experience
