Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and other medium to heavy equipment in the field.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Manage truck inventory and parts usage to ensure timely job completion.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused service and tailor solutions to unique equipment needs.
• Stay current with safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Support and guide junior technicians to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience repairing forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
• Own a full set of tools required for field service work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service focus, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills.
