Job Description
A well-established semi-truck repair shop in Bolingbrook, IL, is hiring a Diesel Mechanic experienced with Volvo, Peterbilt, Western Star, and Freightliner trucks. Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic and repair skills. Apply today to join a skilled and reliable team!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues using DDDL, TECH TOOL, JPRO, DAVIE 4, WABCO, and BENDIX.
- Perform electrical repairs, valve adjustments, oil changes, brake service, and wheel seal replacements.
- Replace manual and automatic clutches and key engine components like turbos, starters, alternators, and water pumps.
- Repair suspension systems, including differentials, u-joints, leaf springs, bushings, king pins, and air bags.
- Conduct alignments and service vehicle A/C systems.
Requirements:

Required:
- 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair.
- Strong skills in diagnostics, component replacement, and undercarriage work.

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Overtime available!
Compensation
- $30-$40/hour, based on previous experience/training/certifications
