About the Role:
As the Branch/Service Manager, you'll oversee the Parts and Service Departments, driving performance, safety, profitability, and customer experience. This role is key in executing strategic initiatives that support branch growth while ensuring team engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations across Parts & Service departments.

Coach and mentor Service Writers and Technicians.

Monitor work in progress and ensure timely repair completion.

Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and team development.

Ensure safety compliance and lead regular safety meetings.

Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive Parts & Service growth.

Manage budgets, analyze P&Ls, and drive financial accountability.

Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in heavy or agricultural equipment service operations.

5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Proven skills in planning, leadership, customer service, and team development.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office & dealership management systems (PFW preferred).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s in Business preferred).
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $100,000/year to start, depending on experience.
- Annual Bonuses

Shifts:
- Day Shift, Monday – Friday.
- Additional hours and Occasional Saturdays during busy season, based on operational needs.
