Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers; respond to inbound calls and online inquiries.
- Guide customers through the full sales process—from vehicle selection to test drives and purchase.
- Demonstrate features and history of classic, muscle, and performance cars.
- Maintain showroom and online inventory listings with up-to-date information and visuals.
- Stay informed on current promotions, industry trends, and vehicle background for effective marketing.
- Accurately complete sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Deliver high-level customer service with consistent follow-ups and attention to detail.
- Represent the dealership professionally, both in person and online.
Requirements:
- Required:
- Previous automotive sales experience in a dealership setting.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for classic, muscle, antique, and performance cars.
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- Valid driver’s license; must pass a motor vehicle report and maintain a safe driving record.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions across various vehicle types.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
- Experience using dealership CRM systems and handling digital sales documentation.
- Team player focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Preferred:
- Experience using Dealer Socket, IDMS, or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to market inventory using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Involvement in classic car auctions, events, or enthusiast communities.

Compensation

$75,000 – $95,000+ annually to start, depending on experience and qualifications.
