Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, phone customers, and shop technicians with parts identification and recommendations.
• Source heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts using catalogs, vendor portals, and computer systems.
• Prepare quotes, confirm pricing and availability, and process counter and phone sales.
• Place and track orders, including special orders and backorders, while coordinating with suppliers.
• Receive and stock parts while helping maintain accurate inventory counts and locations.
• Process returns, cores, and warranty items with proper documentation and follow-up.

Requirements

• Required:

• • Prior experience working at a heavy-duty or commercial truck parts counter.
  • Working knowledge of driveline, differential, axle, or related heavy-duty truck components.
  • Ability to use parts catalogs and computer-based ordering or sales systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
