Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote a safety-first environment; ensure compliance with all safety regulations and resolve safety concerns promptly.
- Mentor and train shop technicians and apprentices with regular feedback, coaching, and best practices.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and quality inspections for Liebherr Earth Moving Equipment.
- Prioritize and assign service work to maximize shop productivity and meet delivery deadlines.
- Communicate shop performance and KPIs to leadership regularly.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality, on-time service.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, implementing 5S practices.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Required:
- Minimum 8+ years of heavy equipment repair experience.
- 421A / Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician License.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a workshop setting.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality standards and shop performance.
- Strong communication and motivational skills; team-oriented approach.

- Experience with component exchange, repair, and warranty activities.

Shifts
- Day Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime available after 8 hours per day.
Compensation
- $50.00 – $53.00/hr (hourly rate of $52.96 plus overtime opportunities).
- Benefits:
