Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
• Conduct DOT inspections and complete associated documentation.
• Assist with emissions system troubleshooting and basic engine diagnostics.
• Complete tire services, cleaning, and general shop upkeep.
• Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow assigned work orders and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Participate in on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Required:

  • High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in cleaning trucks, performing tire services, and using hand tools.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

• Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and emissions systems.
  • Experience performing DOT inspections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
