Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
 - Conduct DOT inspections and complete associated documentation.
 - Assist with emissions system troubleshooting and basic engine diagnostics.
 - Complete tire services, cleaning, and general shop upkeep.
 - Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
 - Follow assigned work orders and complete tasks with attention to detail.
 - Support a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
 - Participate in on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.
 
Requirements:

Required:
- High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).
 - Valid driver’s license.
 - Experience in cleaning trucks, performing tire services, and using hand tools.
 - Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures.
 - Must be at least 18 years old.
 - Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
 
 - 
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and emissions systems.
 - Experience performing DOT inspections.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
 - Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Shifts
- 
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
 - 
No weekends.
 - 
Full-time, steady hours in a clean, safety-focused shop environment.
 
Compensation
- 
$21.00 – $27.00/hr (based on experience and skill level).
 - 
Bonuses:
- 
$3,000 sign-on bonus.
 - 
Quarterly performance bonus, averaging 15% of annual pay.
