Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fuel, wash, and prepare fleet vehicles for safe, reliable operation
• Perform basic vehicle readiness inspections, including tires, fluids, and other maintenance items
• Maintain clean, safe customer and work areas
• Assist with tire installation, replacement, rotation, and basic preventive maintenance
• Develop mechanical skills through hands-on coaching and structured technical training
• Provide friendly, professional service while assisting customers at the facility

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow safety and maintenance procedures
• Must meet DOT driving, physical, background, and drug-screening requirements
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift up to 100 lbs, and handle truck tires exceeding 100 lbs

Preferred:

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
