Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose machine systems and components; determine necessary repairs.
- Replace or rebuild machine components as needed.
- Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and pressure washing of machinery.
- Ensure machines are in safe operating condition.
- Change ground-engaging gear and attachments.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and service records.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and co-workers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Required:
- Valid driver’s license with ability to pass an annual MVR review.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- High school diploma or GED with 5-10 years of related experience or equivalent training.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Physical ability to operate tools, climb, kneel, and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Preferred:
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.

Compensation
- $38.00 – $50.00/hour (Non-Exempt/Hourly Position).
