Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch functions, including service, parts, rental, and sales support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery.
- Manage P&L, monitor expenses, oversee pricing, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Corporate teams to align strategies and enhance business performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop technicians and support personnel.
- Establish clear objectives, track team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and structured learning opportunities.
- Act as the face of the company, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Build vendor relationships, manage procurement, and oversee invoicing and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Oversee facility and fleet maintenance and optimization.
- Track and report key performance metrics for operational improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- 7-10+ years of sales/service management experience in industrial equipment preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, operational management, and team development.
- Background in material handling, parts, or service management highly preferred.
- Experience overseeing teams of 2-6 direct reports and 10-15 technicians preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry compliance standards preferred.
- Strong understanding of forklifts, material handling equipment, and product management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and operational management software.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for customer visits and operational support.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation
- Salary: $90K base + quarterly performance bonuses.
