Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch functions, including service, parts, rental, and sales support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery.
• Manage P&L, monitor expenses, oversee pricing, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Corporate teams to align strategies and enhance business performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop technicians and support personnel.
• Establish clear objectives, track team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and structured learning opportunities.
• Act as the face of the company, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Build vendor relationships, manage procurement, and oversee invoicing and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Oversee facility and fleet maintenance and optimization.
• Track and report key performance metrics for operational improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 7-10+ years of sales/service management experience in industrial equipment preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, operational management, and team development.
• Background in material handling, parts, or service management highly preferred.
• Experience overseeing teams of 2-6 direct reports and 10-15 technicians preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry compliance standards preferred.
• Strong understanding of forklifts, material handling equipment, and product management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and operational management software.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for customer visits and operational support.
