Parts/Service Support Specialist
Job Description
Join an established team as a Parts/Service Support Specialist in Concord, NC, where you will be central to enhancing customer service within our service and parts departments. This role involves managing parts orders, dispatching jobs, and ensuring operational efficiency across our fleet services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment and is keen to take on comprehensive responsibilities in service and parts operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service for both internal and external clients, enhancing support and satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage scheduling and dispatching of service jobs to maximize department productivity.
- Handle work orders and parts orders meticulously to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the service team by fostering strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
- Maintain and manage data entry for the service department and monitor work in progress (WIP).
- Process warranty and fleet claims with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Oversee warehouse operations to maintain a clean, secure, and organized environment.
- Manage logistics for parts shipments and conduct thorough inventory management tasks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills.
- Experience in service support roles, preferably within heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a capability for effective coaching.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a steadfast dedication to a strong work ethic.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the physical ability to manage tasks such as lifting over 50 lbs, and moving or standing for extended periods.

Compensation
- $20 – $24+/hr based on experience with higher earning potential for highly skilled applicants + Potential Sign on Bonus!
