Job Description
A well-established industry leader with multiple locations across the United States is seeking an experienced Corporate Product Support Director near Long Beach, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective Parts and Service Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive profitable aftermarket sales growth while maintaining disciplined expense control in Parts and Service operations
- Establish and monitor annual goals and budgets for Parts and Service Departments, aligning with company objectives
- Lead cross-department collaboration to develop and execute aftermarket strategic marketing plans
- Standardize best practices and implement consistent processes across company locations
- Oversee all aspects of parts inventory management
- Establish training/learning paths for all parts and service personnel based on training budgets
- Analyze Parts and Service department processes, address errors, and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Service and Parts Department operations or related Sales and Service management roles
- Preferred experience within the heavy equipment or truck dealership industry, including a strong understanding of dealership operations, customer service expectations, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and measure strategies and company-wide goals
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial and operational reports
- Demonstrated capacity to serve as an internal resource for staff across multiple locations
Compensation:
- Competitive salary up to $220,000.00/year, based on experience, training, and certifications

Shift:
- Day Shift, Monday - Friday
