Job Description

A well-established industry leader with multiple locations across the U.S. is seeking an experienced Corporate Product Support Director near Long Beach, CA. This executive-level role focuses on leading Parts and Service operations, driving aftermarket sales growth, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all company locations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain efficient Parts and Service Department processes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Drive profitable aftermarket sales growth while maintaining disciplined expense control
  • Establish and monitor annual goals and budgets for Parts and Service Departments in alignment with company objectives
  • Lead cross-department collaboration to develop and execute aftermarket strategic marketing plans
  • Standardize best practices and implement consistent processes across all company locations
  • Oversee parts inventory management and optimize stocking levels
  • Develop training programs and learning paths for Parts and Service personnel, ensuring skill development within budget
  • Analyze department performance, address errors, and implement corrective actions


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Service and Parts Department operations or related Sales and Service management roles
  • Preferred experience within the heavy equipment or truck dealership industry, with a deep understanding of dealership operations, customer service expectations, and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and measure company-wide strategies and goals
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational reports
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills to serve as an internal resource for staff across multiple locations


Compensation:

  • Competitive salary up to $220,000.00/year (based on experience, training, and certifications)

Shift Schedule:
