Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various makes and models, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, fluid services, tire rotations, and alignments.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify safety or performance issues.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and repair information systems to ensure accurate work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with shop standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document all work performed.

Requirements:

• Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a professional repair facility.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Own a complete set of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.

• Preferred:

  • ASE certifications in brakes, suspension, engine repair, or electrical systems.
  • Experience working in dealership or high-volume shop environments.
