Job Description

A well-established company in Oklahoma City is looking for a dedicated Diesel Engine Specialist to join their high performance engine shop. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must Have High Level Experience with CAT and/or Cummins Engines.
• Manage the teardown and rebuild of diesel truck engines.
• Must have previous engine rebuild experience.
• Must be familiar with utilizing specialty engine tools.
• Must be familiar with safety protocols of rebuilding engines on a rotating stand.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure expectations are clearly met and exceeded.
• Must have own tools to 3/4" drive.
• Preference will be given to technicians with experience in High Performance upgrades to light and heavy duty diesel engines

Schedule:

• Day shift schedule:
• Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• OT after 40 hours.
• No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call schedule.
