Job Description

Diesel Equipment Technicians are needed to join a growing team in a shop position located in Shreveport/Bossier, LA. In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of AG and Construction equipment. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Heavy Equipment with preference given to those with 5+ years of Equipment experience. 

The Ideal Diesel Technician Will Have:

• At least 2+ years of mechanic experience with Construction, Ag, or Mining Heavy Equipment
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic/electrical issues, diesel engines, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems
• Computer Literate (Diagnostic Software)
• A great attitude and work ethic with a focus on work quality

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday (Closed Saturdays)
• 0 - 5 Hours OT available Per Week
• OT paid after 40 hours/week

Multiple opportunities are available. This role requires a technician with a passion for the trade who is open to working on a wide variety of equipment and is comfortable working independently and within a team. 

Preference will be given to Journeyman level Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians, but candidates with 2+ years of experience repairing Heavy Equipment will be considered for this role.
