Job Description

We are actively seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join a dynamic team in Putnam County, FL. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment and Trucks. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and a great atmosphere. 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience with hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference).
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must have own tools.

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $90,000/year, dependent on previous experience. 
• Paid time off.

Shift:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:30am - 5:00pm
