Job Description

A well-established company in Tinley Park, Illinois is looking for a dedicated Diesel Truck Mechanic to join their team of skilled technicians. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance (Brakes, Oil, Tires, etc.) for fleet of Kenworth, Mac and Volvo trucks.
• This is an entry level position and room to grow with the company but would prefer to have some experience.
• Diagnostic Software utilized in role
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
• Must have own basic tools.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $40.00/HR  (based on experience).
• Comprehensive Benefit Package (Medical/Dental/Vision etc.)
• IRA with company matching up to 3%.
• Annual Boot & Tool Allowance 

Shift:

• Day Shift
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)  
  • Work Every 2^nd Saturday from 8:00AM – 12:00PM
  • OT after 44 hours
