Job Description

A well-established and reputable employer is looking to add a Truck & Trailer Technician to take the lead at their location near Napoleon, North Dakota.

Technicians will be responsible for performing inspections, services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Trailers using company DOT and OSHA guidelines to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Must be independent and experienced as the only mechanic for the shop.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck and or Trailer repair experience
• Knowledge of foundation brakes and suspension is a must
• Previous experience using diagnostic software is preferred
• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of DOT inspections
• Lift gates and trailer experience
• A CDL is preferred, but not required
• Own tools

Compensation:

• $44.00 to $55.00/hour to start, based on previous experience/certifications/training
• Benefits negotiable
• 401K Negotiable
• Paid 2 weeks Vacation
• Paid Holidays

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM flexible
• Overtime is paid after 40 hours/week
• Additional OT is available
