Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including steering, electrical, cooling, braking, and drive trains, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct test drives to confirm the effectiveness of repairs.
- Obtain required inspections and approvals for major repairs before releasing vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and report additional maintenance or repairs needed during service.
- Log time, parts, and services accurately for each job.
- Provide on-site repairs during road calls as needed.
- Collaborate with the Lead Technician to address unsafe maintenance conditions or practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Medium/Heavy truck repair, with strong diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, diesel equipment, and AC repair.
- Ownership of recommended hand tools for the role.
- Must have active Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred); ASE Certification is a plus with free training available.
- Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and DOT compliance.

Compensation
- $32 to $33/hr based on experience.
