Job Description

We are actively searching for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join a well-established and reputable team in Spokane, WA. Work out of state on construction projects. Winter season will consist of shop work in Spokane.

Heavy Equipment Mechanics are expected to complete troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems. Those Mechanics with experience working on Concrete Batching, Concrete Paving & 480 3 Phase power experience will be given preference but is not required. 

Job Requirements:

• 4+ recent years of heavy-duty construction equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Technical School Degrees, ASE certifications, or OEM certifications are seen as an asset, though not required.
• Chassis, track, and brake component repair and maintenance experience.
• Diesel engine maintenance, aftertreatment maintenance, and repair experience.
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience.
• Some welding and fabrication experience.
• CDL and Medical Card is required or must be able to obtain.
• The successful technicians will be subject to pre-employment background checks requiring military clearance.

Compensation:

• $38.00 - $65.00/hour depending on work site and experience. 
• Overtime is available after 40 hours/week!

Shifts:

• Day Shift; Monday - Friday (while in shop).
• Field work is Out of State, long hours, lots of OT!
• Shifts will vary depending on seasonality. 
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week.
• Plenty of OT is available.
