Job Description

We are actively searching for experienced Fueler/Oiler Field Techs to join a well-established and reputable team in Spokane Washington. Work out of state on construction projects. Winter season will consist of shop work.

Field Service Oilers are expected to fulfill and optimize equipment readiness. The fleet is a wide array of yellow iron, pavers, batchers and heavy diesel trucks. 

Job Requirements:

• 4+ recent years of oiler, fueler, and inspections on heavy equipment including hydraulics. 
• Technical School Degrees, ASE certifications, or OEM certifications are seen as an asset, though not required.
• Proficient communications with team, supervisor, mechanics and management is a must
• Hydraulic and electrical component knowledge
• Some welding and fabrication experience would be a plus
• CDL is a must have.
• The successful technicians will be subject to pre-employment background checks requiring military clearance.

Compensation:

• $40.00/hour, union scale or plus prevailing wage on job sites whichever is highest
• Per Diem
• Overtime is available after 40 hours/week!

Shifts:

• Day Shift; Monday - Friday (while in shop).
• Field work is Out of State, long hours, lots of OT!
• Shifts will vary depending on seasonality. 
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week.
• Plenty of OT is available.
