Job Description

A well-established company is urgently hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics for their shop in the Souderton PA area!

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel trucks and trailers
• Strong hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
• Strong hydraulic and electrical skills
• Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.)
• Candidates with Diesel Engines repair experience will be given preference
• Candidates with Transmission repair experience will be given preference
• Those with state inspection license will be given preference

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $33.00/hour to start
• Comprehensive benefits package (including Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.)
• Company Match 401k up to 4%

Shifts:

• Day Shift, 6:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
• (Mechanics will be expected to work a shortened 4-6 hour shift every other Saturday depending on operational needs for both shift offerings). 
• Overtime after 40 hours per week
