A reputable and well-established employer is urgently seeking a Diesel Mechanic - Working Shop Foreman near Cheyenne, WY!

The ideal Diesel Mechanic will have at least 4+ years of previous technical repair experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, 2+ years of experience in a Lead/Supervisory role, be a strong leader, and be well-versed with advanced engine, electrical and hydraulic diagnostics!

Responsibilities:

• Repair, overhaul, or modify vehicles and equipment that are complex and involve complicated and varied systems
• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy trucks & equipment of various types
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, engine, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
• Oversee & manage PM's on trucks and equipment as needed on a scheduled basis.
• Manage repairs & work orders.
• Communicate timeframes, expectations, and issues to the leadership team.

Compensation:

• $90-120K/yr Starting salary is based upon previous experience, certifications, and training.

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 5:30PM, Monday - Friday.
• Some Weekends
• No On Call
• OT Available
