Job Description

A well-established and reputable dealership is looking to add 1-2 Diesel Technicians to their team between Winston-Salem and Greensboro NC. 

Diesel Technicians will be responsible for performing inspections, services, and repairs on light and medium duty truck diesel engines. 

Qualifications:

• Candidates have 5+ years in a Ford, Dodge or GM Dealer with Master level certifications
• Ideal Candidate is Ford Senior Master or Master Level Qualified
• Dealership experience will be given preference
• Previous experience using diagnostic software is required 
• Experience with short blocks a plus
• Well organized and clean
• Own tools, valid driver's license

Compensation:

• $40.00 - $60.00/hour to start, based on previous experience/certifications/training
• Straight time or flat rate with guaranteed min 30 hours

• Efficiency bonuses above 100% billable time

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift Monday to Thursday 7:30AM – 5:30PM 
• Half Day Fridays
