Job Description

A well-established and reputable employer is looking to add Diesel Technicians A Levelto their team near Fredericksburg, VA.

Diesel Technicians will be responsible for performing inspections, electrical and engine diagnostics as well as in-depth engine repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks to ensure all heavy trucks are operating reliably, safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck repair experience.
• Dealership experience will be given preference (Or shops with technical training programs)
• Previous experience using diagnostic software is required
• Efficiency rating of above 75%
• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of DOT inspections
• Experience with engine fuel and timing systems
• Own tools, valid driver's license

Compensation:

• Up to $45.00/hour to start, based on previous experience/certifications/training
• Efficiency bonus program of $800 -$2000 per month
• Additional Wage Incentives for:
  • CDL Class A or B
  • State Inspection License

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift 8 hours, 7:30AM – 4:00PM (Monday – Friday)
• OT after 40 hrs
