Job Description

We are actively seeking Heavy Truck Mechanics to join a dynamic team just outside of Jordan, MN. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Trailers. Technicians will benefit from a laid back work environment, that is flexible and focused on providing quality and affordable repairs to their customers.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on Heavy-Duty Truck diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference)
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $35.00/hour, dependent on previous experience
• OT paid after 8 hours every day
• Paid time off
• 2 Weeks Vacation

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday (6:00am - 5:00pm)
• OT Paid after 8 hours
• Up to 2 hours of OT available daily
• No weekends
