Job Description

We are actively seeking Diesel Truck Mechanics for shop and field work to join a dynamic team in the Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks. Qualifications:

• 4-6+ years experience with hands-on Heavy-Duty Truck diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience.
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference).
• Experience in brake repairs and annual inspections is preferred.
• Knowledge of AC systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

• $28.00 - $35.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM.
• Or Monday – Friday 9:30AM - 6:00PM.
• One Saturday Per Month 6hr shift.
• Opportunities for overtime paid after 40 hours.
